The contact form on the home page sends the information you enter — your name, email address, company if provided, and message — through the specialised form-processing service UseBasin.
The data is used to manage and respond to your request and may be retained in the service dashboard and related technical logs to the extent necessary for security and operation.

5. Who may receive the data
We may provide limited access to suppliers that assist us with form processing, hosting, email, maintenance, security or professional services, only to the extent necessary. Data may also be disclosed to public authorities where legally required.

6. How long we retain data
- general messages: normally for up to 24 months after the last communication;
